The LOVE IT to LOSE IT Lifestyle Change Programme is NOT A DIET. It is a self-development programme, launching this autumn, to help end your battle with food and yourself, in order to find the weight you were born to be. Designed to help people who are looking to escape the dieting trap, its focus is on learning how to truly love yourself and create a new relationship with food. Its side effect is weight loss.

This online programme offers you weekly learning sessions that teach you how to love yourself, your body, your life and the food you eat. You will re-learn the habits of people who have never dieted and the skills of conscious eating. It will help you overcome your cravings, stop your comfort eating and train your brain to stop its negative, self-destruction. Each month these learning sessions, in total, will take you no longer than 60 to 90 minutes, yet their impact will last a lifetime.

You will develop a wonderful love affair with yourself and life that helps you easily choose the food that fuels your body with loving energy. Through the use of short Video Blogs, Animations and Motivational Quotes your learning will be supported. With a questionnaire or exercise once a month your learning is further enhanced. Finally, each month you will receive either a link to a fun, audio/visual e-workshop or a live Webinar with Chrissie Webber.
