Love It to Lose It

I spent a lifetime in battle with food, weight and mind. I even had a book published about it - 'Weight Loss, Life Gain' Then I put all the weight I lost back on and felt the shame and failure every dieter feels (sounds familiar?).

Now I realise that the more I try to change my size and relationship with food from my conscious mind, the more I set myself up for eventual failure.

So, this is my new journey to find the person and the weight I was born to be, not through dieting but by learning to truely love myself. I am looking to create a love affair with myself.

As part of my journey I am recording in this blog the things I learn about myself, how I create this love affair with myself and the processes I use including Yoga and Mindful Meditation.
